Nacho Mama’s Catering Menu
Nacho Mama’s serves a unique style of Mexican cuisine, incorporating blue corn, distinctive chilies and other
influences from the southwest. Our menu will enhance any fiesta, whether at your place or in our Hop’n Jalapeno room. The Hop’n Jalapeno room is a casual and comfortable
setting, ideal for any occasion. A pool table, foosball table and televisions with satellite access, provide additional entertainment for your gathering.

Tacquitos, Kebabs, Quesadilla, Mini Tostadas, Nachos, Chicken Wings, Shrimp Chipotle
This buffet can be added to any other buffet for an additional $5.00 per person

Buffet B: Burrito/Tostada Bar*
$18.00 per person
This buffet will include flour tortillas, tostada shells,
chicken, shredded beef, rice, black beans, chili verde, black bean machaka, lettuce, tomatoes, salad, cheddar and monterey jack cheese, sour cream, our cilantro-lime dressing,
guacamole and chipotle sauce.
